During my stay at Manoir de la Moissie, I want to dedicate time to researching and writing my next project, a performance piece about our relationship with intimacy in a hyperconnected world where life is constantly on display. I also envision sharing ideas and conversations about my wine studies and the projects I’m developing with UMAMI collective, where we combine art, gastronomy, and technology.
