Léa Floch-Baylet

ARTIST’S PROFILE

Raised between Paris and New York and from a Franco-Vietnamese family, Léa always had a passion for cooking. After working for over ten years in the fashion industry, taking care of brands like Sonia Rykiel and Carven for the American market as well as MAN/WOMAN shows in Paris and NYC, Léa decided to devote herself to her passion during the summer of 2020 and to make it her profession.

Mainly a vegetarian and vegan cuisine, Casa Léa produces dishes that lead to sharing, to the discovery of flavors and ingredients while offering a democratization of plants and local products in a short circuit. Influenced by France and the USA but also by numerous trips to Asia, Mexico, and the Mediterranean, Léa continues to do research on a daily basis to always offer a creative and gourmet proposition while adapting to the demands of her clients. Maybe one day, Casa Léa will become a physical project but for now, traveling and delivering unique experiences are on the agenda.
